To hydrate Meats to make them juicy and moist without Curing, make up a Brine

Bag Filling Method:-
- Sit bag in a bucket to support it, drop in meat or fish and fill with Brine.
- Seal temporarily, then tilt bag in the bucket to let out the trapped air out of the higher corner by opening slightly, then seal tight.
- Leave bag in bucket and place in Fridge. It's safer not to fill bag 100%, and it will be easier to seal.
