This Greek style savoury Mixed Herb Seasoning Rub was designed for Lamb Spits, and all Souvlaki Skewer Meats cooked over charcoal, and Gyros sliced stacked meats on a vertical or horizontal BBQ Spit Rotisserie, but is also great on BBQ or Oven Roasted Chicken and Turkey.
Sprinkle on a Greek Salad, Tabouleh, or on a Potato with Sour Cream. Shake it on Fish for a tasty herbal flavour.
To help seasoning
stick to meats, brine overnight in MOIST MEAT BOMB, or rub meats with Olive
Oil, Garlic Butter, fresh Lemon Wedges, or spray with Lime or Lemon Juice, then
