This fine ground onyx coloured Hawaiian Sea Salt gets its unique flavour from volcanic Pacific Hawaiian waters and from coconut shell activated
charcoal trapped within the salt crystals. Fine activated charcoal is added in the
natural sun dried salt making process because of its numerous health benefits including
antioxidant properties and enhanced digestive health.
To add an Aussie edge, we double cold smoked this Gourmet Salt with Red Gum & Rosemary wood, then ground it up for use in a Shaker. The result is a great smokey volcanic ocean taste.
