LAMB SPIT ROTISSERIE RUB 250g
tasty RUB for LAMB SPITS: Contains Ground up ROSEMARY BUSHES, LEMON MYRTLE
LEAVES, SALT, & GARLIC powder.
Mix with a little Olive Oil to bring out the flavours. Stab holes in the lamb or other Spit meats and fill. Also rub all over meat, then cook on the Spit or Rotisserie.
You can also add our Granular SMOKED SEA SALT FOR LAMB with the LAMB RUB and insert into knife cuts of the Lamb, or Grind over Lamb after Rub is applied.
