LAMB RUB contains Ground up ROSEMARY BUSHES, LEMON MYRTLE LEAVES, SALT, & GARLIC powder. Mix with a little Olive Oil to bring out the flavours. Stab holes in the lamb or other Spit meats and fill. Also rub all over meat, then cook on the Spit or Rotisserie.
Finish your preparation of the Lamb by Grinding our SMOKED SEA SALT FOR LAMB over the Spit meat or Souvlaki after the Rub is applied. The Salt was 12hr LownSlow cold smoked with Red Gum, Rosemary Bushes, and Lemon Myrtle Leaves. You can also mix this very smokey granular SALT to the LAMB RUB and insert the Combo into knife cuts of the Lamb.
