This ad is for Hungarian style Smoker Corn, it can be tossed on coals or mixed with any other flavoured smoker sawdust for Gold smoke colouring, Tassie Oak is the usual sawdust to mix it with. You will need to provide enough heat to smolder the hard corn.
The Golden colour turns Red if the meat is turned over and exposed to direct charcoal heat. LownSlow or Cold Smoking methods result in Gold!
