Barn door red and with a very strong smokey flavour from
being smoked over oak, this barely hot paprika boasts a mighty sweet bell
pepper flavour that’s very earthy. It’s used for Hungarian Salami making, Sausages, Goulash, devilled eggs, potato salad, cream
based sauce & soups, salads, stews, vegetable dishes and grain & rice dishes
where it doesn’t have to compete with stronger flavours. All Natural Gluten
