We have created a simple and pure Gluten Free Vegan
sweet pink CHERRY SUGAR that can be used to add a tasty Glaze on Pork Ribs,
Pork, Chicken, Fish, and Vegetarian Foods. It melts into a colourful glaze that
is actually good for you! Shake generously on Pork Ribs. Also use on desserts like Fruit, Ice-Cream, Cakes, Yoghurt, and Milkshakes & Protein Shakes.
The Cherry Powder is made from crushing Aus Cherries into a Puree, then drying it into a fine Powder. It takes 7kgs of Cherry Puree to make 1kg Powder. Contains Gluten Free anti-caking agent Silica 551.
For richer colour and flavour, we added Blueberry Powder that is made here from imported rich flavoured Canadian Blueberries. It takes 9.8kgs of Berries to make 1kg Powder. Contains Gluten Free anti caking agent Tapioca Maltodextrin.
We mixed the Berry Powders with Glucose instead of sugar as it has only ½ of the sugar molecule and no Fructose.
