    Australian Lemon Myrtle is highly aromatic, having an exquisite flavour and aroma of a blend of lemongrass, lime and lemon. It will hold its flavour and aroma considerably longer than other lemon flavours as it is more concentrated as a flavour. It is also highly aromatic and is not acidic.
