    Aprium is an Apricot-Plum hybrid, the fruit is a large Apricot without fuzz.The complex, intense flavour is like a blend of fruit juices where the mixture is an improvement over any of the separate ingredients. The sugar content of the fruit is much higher than in any standard plum or apricot, yielding fruit of incomparable sweetness. The wood smoke BBQ flavour of fruit trees reflects the sweetness of their fruit.

    We suggest using Aprium BBQ smoke to flavour Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Pork, Ribs, Seafood, Sausages, Veggies, Potatoes, or Breads.

    Perfect for Gas or Electric smokers. Can also place on coals or on top of Gas Burner diffuser plate or Lava Rocks for quick smoke. For longer smoke time, protect in tinfoil burrito pouch with fork holes in top, or put in a Smoker Box on top of gas burner or diffuser plate. 

    Restaurant Chefs spread Woodchips on a deep metal oven pan, an elevated wire rack is placed on top, the meats are placed on the rack, then topped with tinfoil and baked in the oven on high till smoking well, then turned down to cook.
